Lilly has a long history of customer service experience and a love of small business. She is passionate about building strong HR processes, and more importantly, building up people. She thrives when she is building strong connections and helping others.

• Has worked in customer service since age 14, and became a manager at Ulta Beauty

• Completed 2 HR Internships, one in Manufacturing and one in Education

• Graduate of Michigan State University, Muskegon Community College, and Grand Haven High School

• Earned her Society of Human Resource Management Certification
