Our roots are in the sky.

Brett Logan started Immaculate Flight in 2005 and has been focused on serving people and growing businesses ever since. KRT Collective got it’s start when Brett recognized a need for strategic and operational support within his collection of businesses and investments.

Brett gathered a team of key strategists that encompass the core elements of what every business needs: Finance, HR, Marketing, Development, and Executive support. This group formed what is known as KRT Collective and from there, we were cleared for take-off.

We start our relationships with capital investment, we build long-term growth strategies, and then we get to work executing operational needs.

Since day one it’s been about using our resources to elevate others. We are a private-capital firm but we care more about people than profits. We strive to break down barriers to personal and professional success and our goal is to continually grow and help others to do the same.

“Since day one, it’s been about elevating others…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Do not recommend-unless you like free time, profits, and peace of mind”

    I hate working with KRT.

As a startup founder, I thrived in chaos, I wore every hat - CEO, HR, janitor, therapist - and I loved the rush of being the only one who could put out the daily fires I accidentally started.

    Then I hired KRT.

First, they helped me hire actual qualified humans. Then they set us up with an operating system for our business (which I interpreted as the “end of sanity”). Within months, my company started running itself - on time, under budget, and without my heroic daily interventions.

Now I show up to work and… everyone’s doing their job. Without me. I wander the halls like a retired mall cop looking for a crisis to fix. I’m sleeping better, earning more, and no longer flirting with a heart attack. It’s horrifying.

If you’re looking to cling tightly to your identity as an overworked, underwhelmed entrepreneur with no boundaries and a full inbox of fires to fight - do not call KRT.

But if you’re into things like “scaling, delegating, and getting your life back,” then yeah… I guess they’re alright.

We reached a pivotal point in our business where we had a choice: elevate to the next level or remain where we were. While my commitment and belief in our company never wavered, the drive to push it to that next stage had started to fade.

Working with KRT Collective reignited that fire!

They brought vision. They brought strategy. They brought energy. Most importantly, they reignited the fire within our leadership and our team.

Our brand feels stronger. Our direction is clearer. Our team is more motivated. And we’re already seeing the rewards of taking that leap.

If you’re questioning whether real solutions exist to help build your company for the future—they do. KRT Collective is the answer!

When I first met the team at KRT, running my business felt like chaos every day. I was extremely frustrated.  I knew we needed to make improvements in our operations, but I didn’t have a clear vision for how to get there. When I described some of our biggest pain points, the entire KRT team seemed genuinely interested. They were surprisingly motivated to dig in and help us fix the real issues we were facing.

We initially engaged KRT to help with our HR department. With their guidance, we took what had been a very informal HR system and turned it into something that felt structured and professional. Together, we built an employee handbook, clarified job titles and descriptions, established pay ranges, and created clearer career paths with opportunities for upward mobility within our company.

Once our HR foundation was in a much better place, we shifted focus to strategic planning. This process was incredibly valuable. We started by defining a clear 10-year vision for LOK Grips, then worked backward to outline what needed to happen in three years, one year, and even the next quarter to stay on track. One of the biggest changes was sharing this vision with our team and beginning to define clear accountabilities and metrics so each person understands how they contribute to those goals.

Today, we hold weekly meetings with our management team to review progress, track key metrics, and work through issues together. We’re learning how to operate more cohesively as a team and how to have the hard but necessary conversations that come with running and growing a business. While we still have plenty of work ahead of us, the feeling of chaos has steadily decreased month by month. I feel extremely hopeful and confident about the future of LOK Grips because of the progress we’ve made with KRT’s help.
